Rose Garden Academy (RGA) focuses on developing life-long learners. Our pedagogy emphasizes inquiry-based learning through investigation, play and hands-on discovery. 

We focus on developing critical skills that are relevant to all subject areas. These skills include social skills, critical thinking skills, communication skills, self-management skills, and research skills. Using these skills, we explore knowledge and concepts through open- ended questions and activities that promote blossoming interests to develop. We investigate through the lens of STEAM (science, technology, engineering, language, arts, and math), social studies, and personal, social and physical education. 

Our inquiry-based classes and homeschooling curriculum cover critical skills and subject areas in an integrated way so that real-world application is at the forefront. For example, as part of our gardening curriculum, children use the critical skills and explore math, science and language arts while investigating how plants grow.
